Marcus Patric
Marcus Patric (born Patrick Henry Gosling, 17 August 1979, Portsmouth, England) is best known for the role of Ben Davies in Hollyoaks and its spin-offs Hollyoaks: Let Loose and Hollyoaks: In the City.
In 2000 Channel Four ran a series entitled On The Pull, designed to find a new character for Hollyoaks by open audition. Patric was selected from a field of over 40,000 applicants. He used to date Sarah-Jayne Dunn who played Mandy in the same series.
After the Hollyoaks spin-off Let Loose in 2005, he appeared in further series of adventures between his character Ben and his girlfriend Lisa (Gemma Atkinson) called Hollyoaks: In The City (2006).
Marcus recently appeared in an episode of BBC1 medical drama Doctors, as a randy gardener in the Autumn of 2007, he played the character of Robert.
He is due to star in new ITV1 soap, Echo Beach.
